I have friend who uses this pharmacy and this is what happened. She has used power wheelchair for almost 25 years. All the businesses in Kingsley have been very welcoming to her and her chair until yesterday when she was told to knock on their window( Kingsley Pharmacy) and they will open the door for me so as not to scratch it. It is a new door but does everyone need to knock on the window? She was humiliated, embarrassed and discriminated against. It is my hope that no one else should be put in this position. If this was your friend I am sure you would not want them being treated like a dog. I have and will ban my business from them forever.
